He who is able to perform Hajj from a person who is properly fit, is able to travel, and he finds zada and a trip that he is able to perform Hajj.

. Power grades:
Whoever was able to perform Hajj with his money and his debt, he must perform the Hajj himself.
And whoever is able to perform Hajj with his money, is incapable of his body.
Whoever is capable of his own body, incapable of his wealth, will not be obliged to perform Hajj.
Whoever is unable to perform Hajj with his money and with his debt, the Hajj will be invalidated.
Hajj for the sake of Allaah. Whoever does not have money may take zakaah from the money he makes.

. Ruling on Hajj from one who has a religion:
Whoever has a religion, then he has to perform it for his family, then he should perform Hajj and 'Umrah.
If the Hajj is covered by his debt, he will spend the debt and do not perform Hajj.
If the expense of the Hajj does not cover anything for the debt, then it is permissible for him to perform Hajj, because the Hajj is for living, and it is the right of Allaah to support him.
If a person has a deferred debt, he may perform Hajj unless the debt is settled, and he does not have to dispose of the debtors if he is able to repay.

It was narrated that Ibn Abbas (may Allaah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said : "Follow Hajj and 'Umrah, as they deny poverty and sins . Narrated by al-Nasi.
